Configure and Quote
OXone offers a fully integrated production preparation option for the entire range of applications. All designs or configurations created in OXone can be integrated into the manufacturing process using CAM functionalities. This creates outstanding possibilities, especially in production optimization.
CPQ Overview
Here you will find an overview of the CPQ processes (Configure, Price, Quote) that can be mapped with OXone in sales and marketing. CPQ mainly refers to products and services with many variants and individual customer requirements, which are configured and priced before being sold or quoted.
Process Classes
Assemble to Order (ATO)
ATO
The basic idea behind ATO is order-neutral prefabrication, which is combined with customer-specific finishing or assembly.
Design to Order (DTO)
DTO
DTO is a production approach in which the individual parts for each customer order are designed, manufactured and handed over until the order is placed.
Engineer to Order
ETO
The ETO production principle is particularly suitable for customer-specific products up to the time the order is handed over. The degree of standardization is lowest due to individual production.
Propose to Order (PTO)
PTO
The PTO principle is particularly suitable for spatial planning with the support of artificial intelligence.
Design to Produce (DTP)
DTP
DTP is a production approach in which the individual parts for each customer order are specially designed, manufactured and handed over to the production machines.
Engineer to Produce (ETP)
ETP
The ETP production principle is particularly suitable for customer-specific products. The standard degree of production is low due to the individuality with which the production machines are connected.
Upload to Produce (UTP)
UTP
UTP enables individualization on the basis of uploaded design files. This results in the highest degree of individualization and includes data transfer to the production machine.
