Oroox decides on Microapp structure for future development

News | June 2019

Oroox will be developed in a Microsapps architecture in future. This will allow new industry solutions to be compiled from many small applications, so-called microapps. The independent communication of the individual software parts among themselves offers a very fast integration. Graphic web solutions are assembled like a puzzle.

Fortunately the decision is easy: Several frameworks, libraries and technologies can be used within one project due to Web Components and Micro Apps. As a result, exactly the framework which offers the best possibilities is always in use.

The independence of the micro apps plays an important role in the security and stability of the application. Individual further development and updates have an immediate effect on all products. Critical errors do not affect the rest of the application. Development teams can act completely independently of each other.

This new approach from Oroox enables the creation of individual customer solutions based on a PaaS model (Plattform-as-a-Service).
