The effective introduction of Oroox
The introduction of Oroox is divided into 4 phases. In the implementation specification, the specific requirements are collected, analysed and sharpened on the basis of best practice examples. During implementation, the system is adapted by means of configuration and interfaces. The subsequent quality assurance ensures that logic and processes comply with the specifications. In the final going live, the individual Oroox service is launched.

DETAILED IMPLEMENTATION SPECIFICATION
For specification, Oroox first checks the current status quo of the systems to be connected. In close cooperation with the company's experts, the system logics and the different routes to the stakeholders, interfaces to other IT systems are recorded. All of the company's requirements are documented and coordinated.
After release, the specification is continuously incorporated into the development. Usually a large part of the implementation can already be covered by standard interfaces. If this is not the case in some areas, the customer-specific requirements are extended by appropriate interfaces. All required interfaces, especially to ERP or PLM systems, are configured according to the customer's needs. After implementation, the developed functional Oroox system is available.
Before final launch, the finished Oroox application is subjected to a series of quality assurance tests. Using standardized internal test procedures and customer-specific tests, Oroox checks whether the calculation logic and the processes meet the defined requirements. The type and scope of the test are determined in the specification phase and reported accordingly. The formal acceptance by the company marks the end of the quality inspection phase.
After acceptance of the system, it is ensured that the internal responsible persons can administer the system to the full extent. Oroox provides the company with comprehensive support during the going live phase.
