Configure and Quote
Oroox offers a fully integrated production preparation option for the entire range of applications. All designs or configurations created in Oroox can be integrated into the manufacturing process using CAM functionalities. This creates outstanding possibilities, especially in production optimization.
Here you will find an overview of the CPQ processes (Configure, Price, Quote) that can be mapped with Oroox in sales and marketing. CPQ mainly refers to products and services with many variants and individual customer requirements, which are configured and priced before being sold or quoted.
Assemble to Order (ATO)
The basic idea of ATO is order-neutral prefabrication, which is combined with customer-specific finishing or assembly.
Design to Order (DTO)
DTO is an approach to production in which the individual parts are designed, manufactured and handed over to the customer for each customer order.
Engineer to Order
The ETO production principle is particularly suitable for customer-specific products up to the point of order transfer. The degree of standardization is lowest due to individual production.
Propose to Order (PTO)
The PTO principle is particularly suitable for spatial planning with the support of artificial intelligence.
Design to Produce (DTP)
DTP is an approach to production in which the individual parts are designed, manufactured and transferred to the production machines for each customer order.
Engineer to Produce (ETP)
The ETP production principle is particularly suitable for customized products. The degree of standardization is low due to the individuality, the production machines are connected.
Upload to Produce (UTP)
UTP enables customization based on uploaded design files. This results in the highest degree of individualization and includes the data transfer to the production machine.
